Yes, it does. The CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme closed at the end of the compliance year, on 31 March 2019. SECR aims to fulfil a Government commitment to make it easier for businesses to report on their energy efficiency and their carbon emissions. The good news is, Government believes this will result in an estimated business admin saving of £20 million.
