Having been diagnosed with ADHD, I think it’s important to recognise different ways of processing information, whether you’re neuro diverse or neuro typical. That’s why we’ve created different forms of media: Some people prefer reading something, others prefer watching a video, and others (including me) find it easier to take in topics by listening.
